March 2006 C6-Z06 in Machine Silver/Ebony Leather with European Satellite Navigation. It has the standard painted alloy wheels and is in excellent condition throughout, having covered 11,900 miles from new.
Until recently this was the UK press car and, as such, is a piece of automotive history, having been featured in numerous magazine articles, most recently in the December 2006 issue of CAR, where it thrashed the new Jaguar
XKR. In the hands of The Stig, it lapped the Top Gear circuit in an
"astonishing" 1 minute 22.4!
It has just been serviced by
Stratstone's PDI centre and has also had a new clutch and gearbox fitted. Pads, discs and tyres were renewed 3,000 miles ago. The engine is well run in and the car absolutely flies.
The car is being offered for sale at the astonishing price of £52,999.00, which represents a saving of over £12,000 off the price of a new 2007 car.
