I am planning to build a house and I know that this is a hard work and what is more, a very costly thing to do. I am not a rich guy, however, me and my wife have some money stored in our bank account waiting for a proper occasion and I think that the proper occasion just kicked in. We are soon to have a baby, a daughter, Britney will be her name. It is a new stage in our lives and we want to celebrate it somehow and thus we want to build a small and cozy house.
