I don^t think that this is really the case and I believe that people are not falling for that anymore. When you are running a company you have to do more than that. You have to be in constant contact with your customers in order to know what are their needs and satisfy them. There is no other way to perform this. Trust me that I know what I am talking about. I have been a business owner for a long time and I have learned a lot of things during that period of time and now I can share it with you. I can still remember when once we have introduced new designs of baby sleeping bag and we were hoping that this product will become popular once again. We were wrong. The truth is that people didn^t want to buy it anymore and the change of design didn^t influence their decision. This is really an important lesson that I am happy that I have learned as it made me realize what is going on in business. Eventually we had to stop selling baby sleeping bag and start a new business but I knew what to avoid thanks to this lesson.
